Finally: Indigo Blue and Red Impact - my first spoken word CD, with great help and patience from long time friend Timo at PussyJazz studio in hometown Venlo. The CD is named after the autobiographical book of prose I released in 2007. Thirteen English poems - lasting twenty-three minutes - accompanied by especially arranged electronic and live-music, and by locally recorded soundscapes. Among those used are the church’s carillon in the center of town, a gypsy playing his accordion on a saturday morning among shoppers, and a call for Fridays prayer at the local mosque. The poems, music and soundscapes have been matched as to create an utmost effect between significance and ambiance.
Besides giving this one away for free as an MP3 download, it is also available as a limited edition CD of 100 copies in a special handmade cover.
